Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and clarity of windows in various residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will be interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish. Traditional and reach and wash system. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols while working at heights or using ladders. Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly

Qualifications

Proven ability to drive safely and efficiently, with a valid driving licence. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves lifting and working at heights.
