We are seeking a dedicated and professional Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard, enhancing the overall appearance of residential and commercial properties. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients while maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties

Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition and report any issues promptly. Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Follow safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment when necessary. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, both on-site and in the vehicle used for transportation.

Requirements

Proven experience in window cleaning or a related field is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driving licence is required to travel between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves climbing ladders and working at heights. Working off ladder for flat roof access full training provided.
