We are currently seeking a Window Profile Operative to join our dynamic team. If you have experience handling window profiles and are comfortable lifting 10-20 kg, this would be highly advantageous. Please note: This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Purpose of the Role

The Window Profile Operative plays a key role in ensuring the smooth handling and organisation of window and door profiles. This includes checking materials required for production in line with the production schedule, maintaining a well-organised profile area, and upholding the company's safety, quality, and control standards. The role involves close collaboration with the Stockroom Manager and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Check profiles for correct length, colour, and outer frame specifications for windows and doors. Inspect the profiles of delivered goods before they are stored in the warehouse. Verify accessories and hardware for accuracy and completeness. Accurately read and follow specific instructions. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the delivery of quality products to our customers. Confidently use and read a tape measure as part of daily tasks. Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned. Maintain cleanliness on the factory floor, including sweeping as needed.

Capable of working to a production schedule in a fast-paced environment to meet installation deadlines.

Flexibility:

Willingness to multitask and adapt across various areas of the shop floor. Physical stamina is essential due to the manual handling involved.

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
