Woking FC Academy is excited to welcome applications for
Youth Academy Coaching roles
within theFoundation Phase
of our Youth Academy. We currently have openings to lead one of the following age groups:U11 Boys
U12 Girls
This is a fantastic opportunity to coach talented young players competing in the
Junior Premier League (JPL)
and play a key role in their development.Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions (2 per week - 2.5 hours total). Lead your team on Saturday matchdays, ensuring a positive, developmental experience. Participate in the retain and release process as part of player development and progression.
Qualifications & Experience:
UEFA C/Level 2 Football Coaching Qualification Previous coaching experience. Previous experience coaching children. Must have access to own car.
Schedule:
Under 11 Boys:
Training Monday (16:30 - 17:30) Thursday (16:30 - 18:00) Matchday Saturday - JPL Central Venue - Northolt
U12 Girls:
Training Wednesday (16:30 - 18:00) [Woking College] Friday (17:00 - 18:00) [Winston Churchill School, Woking] Matchday Saturday - Home and Away Fixtures
