We have an exciting part-time opportunity for an experienced
Women's Health Physiotherapist
at our Nottingham Embankment clinic This is ideal for someone looking to expand their current hours, grow their practice, or transition into a private setting. This role starts with 6 hours per week, with ongoing reviews and the potential for increased hours as we develop this new service.
About the Role
Our company has traditionally provided musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy to private clients, insurance companies, and NHS referrals. We also offer First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and occupational health services. We are now expanding into Women's Health physiotherapy and are seeking a dynamic and experienced physiotherapist passionate about supporting the health and wellness of women across all stages of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments for women's health and pelvic health conditions.
Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide treatment and interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes.
Collaborate with the MSK team to support, integrate, and progress patients' rehabilitation plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
Adhere to HCPC, CSP, and NICE guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care.
Keep treatment protocols up-to-date with the latest women's and pelvic health research.
Demonstrate genuine care and passion for educating, supporting, and improving women's health and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional physiotherapist with relevant experience in women's health and pelvic health, who is passionate about making a difference in women's lives.
Essential Criteria:
HCPC and CSP registered.
Resident in the UK and holder of a valid UK work permit.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified physiotherapist.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in women's health or pelvic health physiotherapy.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to continuing professional development.
Ability to undergo a DBS check.
Desirable Criteria:
Postgraduate degree in Women's Health physiotherapy or equivalent diploma.
Certified Mummy MOT practitioner.
Experience working in private practice.
MSK experience.
Familiarity with electronic note systems such as TM3.
Experience managing your own caseload.
