The role of a Work Experience Coordinator within Construction - Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical, is fundamental in curating and managing placement opportunities with valued existing and new local employers.
Your ability to "bridge the gap" between classroom delivery, and practical experience, will rely on your;
First class administration and organisation skills
Confident and effective communication with students, lecturers, and employers
Ability to identify quality placement opportunities
Commitment to safeguarding and Health and Safety
Enthusiasm in supporting aspirations and achievement
