In your role as Workforce Management Administrator you will....
Own the daily and weekly Workforce Management reporting processes
Make configuration and administrative changes within our Workforce Management systems and models
Acknowledge queries raised in the Pub Query System (PQS), liaising with the relevant teams to answer these
Own the governance processes within the team, particularly relating to system change management and document control
Support the team with day-to-day organisational and administrative requirements
What you'll bring...
Plenty of experience working with data and reporting, ideally in an operational context
Great communication, able to tailor the message to different audiences and build effective relationships
Strong problem-solving skills, working with pace and tenacity to own and resolve issues
A 'right first time' mindset, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
A passion for pubs, and supporting the teams that run them
In addition, knowledge / experience of the following would be a distinct advantage:
Reporting software and applications (in particular, Cognos and Power BI)
Coding / programming languages
Workforce management processes and systems, particularly within a hospitality / service industry

Workforce Management Administrator
based from our Burton On Trent offices (hybrid) you will play a key role in delivering the day-to-day reporting and system management requirements of the function, essential for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the labour model. Confident and capable in working with large amounts of data, you will work closely with the Workforce Management Analysts and Partners in defining and delivering the needs of the function. Highly organised, with analytical aptitude and a 'right first time' mindset towards delivering for their customers and stakeholders, you'll be comfortable working to defined processes and procedures, at the same time constantly looking for opportunities to streamline or improve these.
