Our friendly, supportive and hard working practice is now looking for a competent, reliable and resilient person to join our Workflow team.

This is a busy and demanding role which would suit someone with exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. You should have excellent communication skills, a high degree of customer focus and basic computer literacy. Experience within a medical practice with knowledge of Vision and Docman would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

The job will primarily require you to be responsible for incoming mail from hospitals, consultants, external clinics, out of hours services regarding the ongoing care of our patient population. Attention to detail and excellent concentration skills are required to fulfil this role.

Your ability to use your initiative, work under pressure and be an effective part of a small team is essential. Flexibility is required to assist in covering holidays or other absence.

Full time 37.5hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
