The Workforce Compliance and Intelligence Lead role will lead the development of workforce analytics, ensuring that the Trust has the data insights needed to make evidence based and informed decisions to support workforce transformation, staffing and workforce management across the organisation. Additionally, the development and introduction of automation opportunities where possible and applicable to reduce manual data entry and improve efficiency across systems. The role will also ensure post recruitment workforce compliance are met such as visa renewals, right to work checks, DBS.
