The post of Workforce Improvement Advisor will allow you the opportunity to join a highly skilled, enthusiastic team. We work with the Early Years sector to retain a highly skilled workforce and ensure that they can access high quality training for themselves and their staff.About the RoleOur main aim is to improve outcomes for children of Leicestershire. If you are successful, you will be supported by Managers to be creative and solution focused as well as having access to a variety of professional development opportunities.   • To have a higher-level qualification for example level4 NVQ or demonstrated equivalent experience and ability
  • Effective communication skills with experience of writing reports and letters and working in a front-line service dealing with the public and giving information
  • Developing promotional materials and toolkits to support the Early Years sector with retention and recruitment
  • Experience of co-ordinating projects, including monitoring and evaluating their success
  • Willingness to travel to various locations to support the retention and recruitment events
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to enthuse and motivate others develop and maintain good working relationships and professional partnerships with people from all backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, working within a team and the ability to delegate tasks to others
