This post is offered on a 12-month fixed contract. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Workforce Optimisation Project Support Officer to support the delivery of a variety of projects within the Optimisation Team. In addition to administrative and diary management duties, it is essential in this role to have experience of Workforce Optimisation, experience of a large complex NHS organisation, a meticulous eye for detail, an ability to design booklets, posters, and promotional materials, be able to organise events and functions from initial planning, to delivery, and after event feedback, a capability to interphase with Executives and Senior Managers, and an understanding of Prince 2, for example, attended the Foundation in Project Management course.
More generally, the Project Support Officer will assist other staff in ensuring the programme's required outcomes are successfully achieved by providing high level project and administrative support. The role will be the first point of contact for many staff, and will be required to provide support, training, and guidance to others.
