We are recruiting for a Workforce Planning Analyst, to support our ongoing focus on our future workforce plan and to produce, analyse and present the people data held within the organisation.
Alongside another Workforce Planning Analyst, you'll be supporting the management of a long-term workforce plan, making sure we've got the right people in the right places, and using data to back it all up. So if you love working with data and turning it into something meaningful, have the ability to spot trends and are able to use excel to an advanced level to enable this then this is the role for you.
What you'll be doing:
Updating our four-year plan for our workforce with forecasted trends and information as it arises
Tracking how we're doing and adjusting the plan when needed
Analysing staff trends-- who's joining, staying, or moving on
Helping plan for promotions and critical roles
Working closely with leaders to make sure our plans meet real needs
Keeping our HR data accurate and up to date
Producing reports for internal and national requirements
We're looking for someone who's curious, confident with data, and is able to collaborate with others. If you've got experience with HR systems, workforce planning, or just a head for data --we'd love to hear from you.

This is a fixed term position until 31 August 2026. The role is part-time covering 18.5 hours per week, with flexibility around when the hours are worked.
