We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervisory experience. This role involves supervising teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality on site. The Working Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project execution while fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily operations on site, coordinating tasks among team members to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently. Manage resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise productivity. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting best practices and professional development. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of work progress, incidents, and resource utilisation for reporting purposes. Assist in problem-solving on-site challenges to minimise delays or disruptions.

Requirements



Proven management experience within the construction or engineering sector. Supervising experience is essential; previous leadership roles are highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to the industry. Ability to motivate teams and foster a positive working environment. Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or related fields are advantageous.
