We need Working Foremen, General Builders

and

Carpenters to join our hardworking team on high spec residential Structural Steel, Carpentry and Basement projects in N5 Highbury and SW12 BALHAM,

You must take pride in producing quality workmanship, have great attention to detail and be experienced working on Architectural residential projects.

You will need sound experience and knowledge in 1-2 of the following areas:

Working hands-on Foreman Carpenters 1st fix (Framing, Roof structure, Loft conversion, Pitched roof) Carpenters 2nd fix, Doors, trim, engineered flooring, Joinery, Staircases Roof tiling- natural slate, plain tile, concrete tile General Building Basement works Structural Steel Concrete and underground drainage
Must have own tools, PPE and CIS registration

Responsibilities include some of

Execute 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks, including framing, and Structure Utilize hand and power tools for precise joinery and assembly work. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards. Handle heavy lifting and assist in general site work as required, ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18.00-32.00 per hour
