Working Foreman
Job Description
Turnkey is seeking a working foreman to oversee the day-to-day work on-site, ensuring the sub-contractors are completing work to a suitable level and on time and keeping to a programme and providing quantities for orders.
The role will require working from drawings to construct high-end residential projects, including refurbishments, extensions and loft conversions. The successful candidate should have good attention to detail and punctuality.
This role will be overseeing all the second fix and finishing elements of the build so this is where we expect the candidate to have strengths.
They will work closely with the project managers to ensure projects are delivered to schedule. Previous foreman/supervisor experience is essential.
The candidate is expected to have personal tools, but company-provided specialist and high value tools.
The successful candidate will be provided a van for company use but will not be released to the candidate for two weeks after starting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27.50-32.50 per hour
