Job Description

We are a successful small to medium-sized building contractor and are currently seeking a Working Foreman to join our team.

This role will involve, but not be limited to:

Managing the trades Assisting trades when needed Ordering of materials Liaising with the client and our in-house staff Working closely with our contracts manager Ensure site is clean and tidy Working within a team Immediate start

Experience level required:

Minimum of 5 years experience Hardworking, reliable, and committed Someone that can use their own initiative Quality workmanship and takes pride in their work

Site requirements and location:

Site locations are within approx. 20 miles of our Princes Risborough office A company van will be available

Salary and working hours:

45,000+ based on experience Working hours 7:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday - Friday 3 months trial period
