Our head office is based in Brentwood, but projects are located across North London, South London, and Essex.

Salary
220 - 280 per day
, depending on experience and capability.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Run jobs independently, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
Coordination: Plan and allocate resources, manage trades, and keep projects on schedule.
Compliance: Liaise with building control officers and architects, ensuring all works meet regulations and specifications.
Quality Control: Monitor standards, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.
Hands-On Work: Lead by example, working alongside the team on site.
Reporting: Provide clear updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years' experience
in construction and site management.
Proven ability to run projects independently -
if you cannot demonstrate this, do not apply
as it would be a waste of everyone's time.
Experience dealing directly with building control and architects.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Own vehicle and tools.
Valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel regularly between Brentwood, London, and Essex sites.
