LG Howson Ltd, based in Ringwood, are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Working Foreman. We are a family run Civil engineering business covering all aspects of civils and groundworks, landscaping, drainage, plant hire. This role will involve:
Coordinate with site workers, suppliers, monitoring progress and implanting corrective action if required.
Prioritise safety on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality throughout the project inspecting work at key stages
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specification and requirements are met.
Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that arise.
Attend meetings with the client
Requirements
:
Strong communication and negotiating skills
CSCS qualification card
Ability to manage deadlines
Site management skills and familiarity with construction contract
Driver's licence
