MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST * Description: The goal of this role is to help streamline & automate marketing communications to prospective customers
The job will be focused on combining data, marketing automation, & effective creative & content to make our partners UK marketing campaigns more efficient.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Job offers:
• Starting Salary. £30,000.00PA.
• Location. Remote/Wfh/UK Based.
• Hours. 9.00AM - 5.30PM Monday to Friday.
• Status. Full-Time & Permanent Employment.
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Responsibilities:
• Create workflows, build audience lists, & segment databases to help set up marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the maintenance of our CRM (Salesforce)
• Email Marketing.
• Manage the day-to-day operations, production & execution of trigger-based nurturing programs through our partners marketing automation platform (SMS).
• Collaborate with content & design team to develop effective messaging & creative for campaigns.
• Work within our provider’s platform to improve automated communications & overall conversion via A/B tests, E-Mail, SMS & CRM
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Reporting:
• Develop reports to understand performance of marketing emails & landing pages
• Help execute strategy for improving performance of marketing emails & SMS messaging,
• Collaborate with digital media team to improve marketing attribution & related reporting • Develop documentation around our marketing systems & processes
WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Experience & Skills Required
• Minimum 4 years working in a marketing automation platform; strong preference for experience in Salesforce.
• Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail & ability to multitask.
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML & CRM.
