Working Site Foreman
Job Description
Our firm specializes in comprehensive residential construction projects, seamlessly guiding them from inception to completion. Primarily concentrated in the North London area, our projects span the entirety of London.
Candidate should have ample experience reading drawings, extensions, renovations etc. You should also be able to push and motivate your workers. You should be able to be organised and organise your workers. This is a role where we will not accept any slacking, if you are not looking to progress, please do not apply as it will be a waste of time for yourself. The aim is to push through a loft conversion, side extension and complete renovation of a house. Future opportunities may come forward. When unoccupied, it is expected you engage in any work being carried out.
