Job Description

W13 Ltd is a growing design and build company with a strong pipeline of secured projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our team and take responsibility for delivering high-quality residential developments and larger building projects.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can lead from the front and coordinate multiple trades efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day supervision and management of site activities Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials Ensuring works are completed to programme and budget Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site Quality control and snag management Liaising with project managers, designers, and clients Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations

About You:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role Strong background in residential developments Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain productivity Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing Strong leadership and communication skills Health & Safety focused (SMSTS/SSSTS preferred) Full UK driving licence
