We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a thorough understanding of project management tools such as Primavera P6.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet project deadlines.
Monitor progress and performance of the team, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain productivity.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
Skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for effective project planning and management.
Strong management skills with a proven track record of supervising teams in a construction or industrial setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
