Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Working Site Manager to oversee commercial refurbishment works. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of civil engineering software. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating teams, liaising with clients, and managing resources effectively to deliver successful outcomes.

Duties

Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to minimise delays. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative working environment. Monitor health and safety compliance across all sites, implementing best practices to mitigate risks. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with clients and stakeholders. .

Experience

Proven experience in construction or civil engineering project management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, teams, and suppliers. Prior experience in a leadership role within a construction environment is preferred. Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to construction projects is essential.
