We are looking for an experienced

Site Manager/Site Supervisor

who is confident both leading from the front and getting hands-on when needed. You will be responsible for overseeing

two active developments

, Plus assisting with refurbishment of a larger residential portfolio

The main focus of the job will be

major conversion project transforming a large Grade II Building into 20+ high-quality apartments

.

This role suits someone organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing site leadership with practical involvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage two concurrent developments, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to completion. Lead the 20+ apartment conversion project, coordinating trades, schedules, and quality control. Oversee daily site operations, subcontractors, direct labour, and health & safety compliance. Provide hands-on support during crucial build stages and problem-solving on site. Being able to assist with hands on work especially if we experience slow processes throughout the build project Monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain tight control over budgets and timelines. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, building control, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication. Organising and sourcing on-site supplies when needed Keeping the overall projects on time and most importantly on budget

Requirements

Proven track record as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, ideally with refurbishment/conversion experience especially within Grade II Ability to be hands-on and support site teams directly when required. CSCS card preferred; SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid advantageous. Full UK driving licence. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
