About the Role:
As a Working Site Manager, you'll lead on-site operations for full refurbishments of large retail stores and convenience shops. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a multi-skilled tradesperson with proven leadership and the ability to deliver high standards independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day running of refurbishment sites
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries
Carry out minor snagging and finishing tasks to ensure project completion to client expectations
Maintain comprehensive project records including progress and completion reports
Implement Health & Safety procedures in line with HSE standards and legislation
Submit daily sign-off reports detailing completed works before leaving site

What We're Looking For:
We need a self-motivated, practical, and experienced Site Manager who can confidently manage and deliver retail refurbishment projects from start to finish.
Essential Requirements:
SMSTS certification
3-Day First Aid at Work
Valid CSCS or ECS card
UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Full UK Driving Licence
Own tools and vehicle
UTR number (we can help you set this up if needed)
Based in the Midlands (to access nationwide projects)
Flexibility with working hours and travel
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and floor plans

Rate of Pay:
200 - 275 per shift (based on experience and skillset)
