About This Role

JLL is seeking a dedicated Workplace Coordinator to support our prestigious Gartner account in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of workplace services, ensuring exceptional client experience while managing day-to-day facility operations in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Service Delivery

Serve as primary point of contact for Gartner employees and visitors

Manage reception duties and provide outstanding customer service

Handle workplace inquiries, requests, and issue resolution

Coordinate with various service providers and vendors

Facility Operations

Oversee daily workplace operations including space management and room bookings

Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory

Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution

Support health & safety protocols and emergency procedures

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records and reporting for client deliverables

Assist with event coordination and meeting room setup

Process invoices and manage workplace-related documentation

Support workplace technology and equipment needs

Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with Gartner stakeholders

Collaborate with JLL account team to ensure seamless service delivery

Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements

Participate in client meetings and service reviews

Required Qualifications

2+ years experience in workplace coordination, facilities management, or customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management systems

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with corporate clients or in managed services

Knowledge of health & safety regulations

IOSH or similar safety certification

Experience with CAFM systems or workplace technology platforms
