HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

This is a senior leadership level role and will blend both deep domain & technical expertise, with great passion for mentoring and developing people in a \xe2\x80\x9cplayer-coach\xe2\x80\x9d model including advocation for team wellbeing. You\xe2\x80\x99ll actively promote new ways of working, transformation methodology and maintain an inclusive environment for your team and colleagues.

You\'ll be at the very centre of this transformation, defining not only how we best utilise our technology to support our colleagues, but also how we can build and grow our colleagues skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for but not limited to Audio Visual Technology including meeting rooms, townhall spaces, broadcasting & digital signage
  • Leading the design, planning, implementing & then supporting Hybrid technologies that drive new ways of working across Lloyds Banking Group real estate.
  • Evolve, integrate and automate workplace technologies to improve efficiency and availability technologies in Workplace & Facility Management.
  • To own all future innovation and change releases across the Workplace platforms, working closely with Architecture, Product Owners & Real estate teams to ensure and agree alignment of future services.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends within Digital workplace technology areas to make recommendations.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need
  • Strong knowledge of Audio Visual Technologies including video conferencing, meeting room technology & digital signage
  • Broad knowledge of all Modern Workplace technologies including M365, Unified Communications (Cisco & Microsoft) and Networks
  • Passionate about AV technology and delivering innovative and progressive solutions exceeding customer expectations
  • Demonstrable experience leading and running highly technical teams in large complex organisations
  • Experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
  • Implementing IT strategies, guidelines, and routines for a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of budget preparation, financial analysis, procurement, and project management
  • Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams direct routing and enterprise voice
  • Knowledge of Broadcasting and streaming technologies
  • Experience leading large & high profile events
