What You'll Do

Office & Facilities Management



Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, maintenance, and space planning. Lead health & safety compliance and emergency preparedness. Coordinate office events, onboarding logistics, and employee experience initiatives.

IT & Project Management



Serve as the go-to person for IT infrastructure, hardware, and software support. Manage IT vendors and service providers, including internet, security, and cloud services. Lead cross-functional technology projects (e.g., system upgrades, office tech rollouts). Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and implement new tools. Ensure GDPR compliance and manage staff onboarding/offboarding processes.
What We're Looking For

Excellent written & verbal communication skills including telephonic etiquette Ability to maintain high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Proven experience in office/facilities management and IT project coordination. Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to work hard, an aptitude to learn, tenacity, and a growth mindset
Salary:

29,000.00 - 33,000.00 per year (40 hours per week, office based)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-33,000.00 per year

London SE1 8QW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
