Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be comfortable working with various tools and equipment. This role involves supporting our operations through assembly, maintenance, and customer service tasks while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly of equipment and components according to schematics and specifications Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and tools Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Conduct equipment repairs as needed, ensuring minimal downtime Participate in heavy lifting tasks as required for equipment installation or relocation Support welding activities when necessary, adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Previous experience in assembly or maintenance roles is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and equipment repair

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 21,978.00-34,064.67 per year

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
