The Role
We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator to support our manufacturing team and help streamline operations on the shopfloor. This is a key role that ensures materials, jobs, and the workspace are always ready and running efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, dependable, and enjoys being a vital part of a team. You'll be hands-on, proactive, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Booking in orders using our production control system
Preparing materials and components for manufacturing
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop
Driving and delivering materials or components locally as needed
Supporting the engineering team by managing day-to-day operational tasks
Assisting with general workshop duties and light maintenance

Someone who is methodical, tidy, and proactive
A good communicator who thrives in a small, collaborative team
A full UK driving licence is essential
Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not essential--training will be provided
