We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Workshop Coordinator to join our team and help bring our creative events and workshops to life.
About the role
As our Workshop Coordinator, you'll oversee the planning, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics of our workshops and events. You'll act as the main point of contact for attendees, facilitators, and our internal team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule upcoming workshops and events
Coordinate with facilitators and instructors to confirm availability and requirements
Communicate with participants and handle bookings, queries, and confirmations
Oversee workshop setup and preparation (materials, spaces, tech)
Track attendance and collect feedback from participants
Support marketing efforts by sharing workshop details with our social and mailing teams
What we're looking for
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A friendly and approachable manner
Confidence in handling multiple tasks at once
Experience in administration, events, or coordination roles
Interest in the creative or performing arts (a plus!)
Hours & Pay
4 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
13.13 per hour
