About the Role
We're looking for a
hands-on Factory Foreman
to run our busy garden furniture manufacturing workshop.You'll oversee multiple
Team Leaders
, each responsible for their own area (cutting, assembly, finishing, packaging), and ensure that everyone on the floor isworking efficiently, maintaining standards, and staying busy all day long
.This is a
working foreman role
- ,leading from the front, fixing issues on the spot, and keeping the team motivated and productive.Key Responsibilities
Oversee all factory operations and production areas. Supervise
Team Leaders
and ensure their teams are productive and working to a good standard. Make sure staff arebusy, efficient, and producing consistently throughout the day
. Behands-on
-- jump in where needed to keep things moving. Maintain pace, quality, and workflow to hit daily/weekly targets. Identify bottlenecks or downtime and fix them fast. Communicate effectively with management and the factory team. Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are followed.What We're Looking For
Experience as a
foreman, supervisor, or senior team leader
in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on leadership style
