Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks,ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general workshop maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks to ensure smooth workflow on-site. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
