The Malcolm Group is a privately owned and highly successful logistics, construction and maintenance business employing over 2000 people across the UK. Our Logistics Division operates from numerous locations providing integrated logistics solutions including warehousing, road and rail distribution and supply chain management. We operate 450 trucks, over 5 million square feet of warehousing and major rail freight terminals, servicing several blue chip customers.

We are seeking to appoint a semi-skilled Workshop Labourer at our Logistics depot in Wakefield to strengthen our existing team.

Responsibilities include changing tyres, repairing punctures and adjusting wheel alignment along with general workshop duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment and will suit a trained or experienced Workshop Labourer who enjoys a variety of work and a positive team environment.

To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, a professional attitude and good communication skills. A HGV (C+E) licence is desirable but not essential.

Actual working hours will be discussed at interview, however this is a day shift position. Due to the busy nature of our operations, reasonable flexibility may be required.
