Job Description

Role Requirements:

Manage the day to day manufacturing in the workshop

Maximize efficiency and minimize wastage

Experience and knowledge of window/door joinery

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Ability to manage a team

Ability to ensure a high-quality standard of work

Must be able to work efficiently to a tight schedule

Full UK Driving Licence - not essential but very valuable for us

Knowledge of Basic Russian is required

Previous experience in Carpentry/Joinery is required

Applicant must be able to participate in the production of joinery alongside their management role

Must be familiar with joinery machinery

Good communication skills at all levels are preferred

Full time/Permanent position
