32,500 - 38,000 + KPI-based bonuses

36.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) - Permanent





We're looking for a

Workshop Tutor - Automotive

to join our dynamic team and deliver high-quality, engaging training to apprentices pursuing careers in light and heavy vehicle maintenance. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by guiding learners through their journey and helping them develop the skills they need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:



Delivering engaging and inclusive workshops covering light and heavy vehicle topics. Using interactive teaching methods including practical demonstrations, case studies, and presentations. Supporting apprentices with personalised guidance and feedback. Designing and administering assessments to track learner progress. Collaborating on curriculum development and creating innovative learning resources. Delivering MOT and Air-Con qualifications. Maintaining workshop equipment and ensuring a safe learning environment. Supporting End Point Assessments as a technician.

What we need from you:





MOT License Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area (Heavy & Light Vehicles) Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT. Industry experience in automotive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, EPA, and regulatory bodies (desirable) AET, CET, PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification (desirable) TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent assessor qualification (desirable) Full driving license and willingness to travel.
