We Are Hiring - Wraparound Care Team (15 per hour)

Locations:

Multiple Wraparound Venues

Hours:

Term-time only

Mornings:

7:30-8:50am

Afternoons:

3:00-6:00pm
We are recruiting for

three key roles

to support and lead our wraparound childcare sites. All positions are paid at

15 per hour

and involve providing a safe, engaging and supportive environment for children during wraparound care sessions.

Available Roles

1. Venue Lead - Mornings & Afternoons

7:30-8:50am AND 3:00-6:00pm (term time)

2. Venue Lead - Afternoons Only

3:00-6:00pm (term time)

3. Shift Lead

Flexible shift-based role (mornings or afternoons depending on rota)

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

Manage or support the management of the venue to ensure smooth daily operations. Act as or support the

Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

. Complete and follow up on safeguarding and incident reports. Oversee and check children's registers for accuracy. Implement and support activity timetables. Provide

Paediatric First Aid

when required. Lead, guide, or support staff working on the session. Communicate professionally with parents during sign-outs. Plan and adapt support for

SEN children

. Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive childcare environment.
What We're Looking For

Experience working in a

childcare, wraparound, or school setting

. Strong safeguarding knowledge (DSL experience desirable). Paediatric First Aid trained or willing to complete training. Confident communicating with parents and staff. Reliable, organised and committed to high-quality childcare.
