Additional Admin/Management role takes place between 9.00-15.00

Premier Education are working collaboratively with primary schools to deliver exceptional before and after school care that is innovative, inspiring and above all a safe environment for all in our care. Your role will be to provide activities in a safe, secure and fun environment, providing an outstanding service for busy parents.
Premier Education successfully run full Wraparound provision in primary schools in the South Hampshire area. Our Premier Wraparound centres are Ofsted registered and can provide high quality out of school care for the parents. With this in mind we are looking for an outstanding applicant with experience to lead at one of our venues. This could potentially progress to a multi-venue manager in future. This job is to be the most senior team member on site and responsible for many aspects of the day to day running of the site and activities.

.Able to run and manage a small team and report regularly to your line manager

The successful candidate will need to:
Have good Literacy and Numeracy skills, able to support children in reading writing and maths as they will be allocated time to continue with their learning during the session.
Will be able to prepare healthy snacks for the children
Participate in a range of activities with the children during sessions both inside and outside.
Be able to assist with the planning of activities, supporting and engaging with children during the sessions.
Will have a general understanding of play work principals and seven characteristics of learning
Desirable:
Appropriate Level 3 (or above) qualification (Child Care related)
Experience of working within a play-based setting
Ability to work on own initiative
Appropriate child protection training
Current 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate (desirable)
. Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable)
.Level 2 sports qualification (desirable)
.Level 3 DSL Qualification (desirable)
Interviews:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview W/C 12th May, this will initially be online. A second stage interview will take place for those that progress, this will be in person.
