Wrexham AFC Women are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as

Head of Recruitment

. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly developing club as we prepare for our inaugural season in the Genero Adran Premier.

The successful candidate will lead on identifying and attracting talent across all age groups, aligning recruitment strategy with the club's footballing philosophy. Working closely with coaching and support staff, you will help build a sustainable pathway from academy to first team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and implement recruitment processes for Wrexham AFC Women and associated academy teams Build strong scouting networks across North Wales and beyond Evaluate and monitor player performance to support recruitment decisions Collaborate with the Head Coach and senior leadership on squad development

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in talent identification within women's football or similar sporting environment Excellent knowledge of the local and national football landscape Strong organisational and communication skills A passion for player development and supporting the women's game

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 22,880.00-46,456.50 per year
