About the Team and Role
You will be working alongside the back-office team, predominantly dealing with enquiries relating to outstanding Parking Charge Notices and all associates administration of cases through the case lifecycle

Full time 37.5 hours, per week, Monday to Friday

What you'll do:
Dealing with written communication from customers and clients. Reviewing and actioning accounts accordingly. Replying using standard format templates as well as composing bespoke responses
Action client requests to cancel or reissue Parking Charge Notices
Assist with opening post, scanning documents onto accounts
Review and approve car park pictures to approve contravention
Assistance with any other duties that are within the scope of the job purpose
