manufacturers in the North West.
YARD OPERATIVE
Working in a very busy windows and doors frame manufacturing operation.
The yard operative is an important role and one which can have an impact on the efficiency of activities across the business.
We are looking for a responsible person to move stock and other items around the site in a safe manner and store them in the correct locations around all areas of the operation, to ensure that both inside and outside are organised, tidy and a safe place to work in.
We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, and is used to working outdoors in all weathers. You also need to be physically fit and work well within a team. You also need to be hard working and enthusiastic
You will also need to have an FLT licence as there is heavy lifting involved.
Standard shift: Monday to Friday 7.30 to 16.30.
These hours may vary in line with business needs.
Salary: 488.80 per week,
20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays,
Pension scheme after 3 months
BL2 2HF.
