ROLE PROFILE

The appointment will be on a full-time permanent basis. We offer a friendly working environment, competitive salary, and additional employee benefits

Location: Keady, Armagh Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 6pm and every second Saturday 8am - 1pm Pay: 12.50 per hour

JOB ROLE

General yard duties including general housekeeping, litter picking and power washing Operation of tractor and tanker Refuelling of mobile plant and equipment Clean downs of plant & machinery General gardening and building maintenance Assisting with traffic management on site including banksman duties Daily checks of batch fans

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Selection Criteria

Knowledge / experience

Previous experience driving/operating mobile plant

Skills / ability

Reliable and punctual Ability to work safely and adhering to site rules and procedures Full driving license and access to a car as you may be required to travel to multiple NI sites.

Desirable Selection Criteria

Valid tractor/tanker licence
