Introduction:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Block Yard Operator to join our team. This role involves manufacturing high-quality blocks, managing production targets, and operating forklifts to ensure efficient yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Block Manufacturing:

Oversee the production of blocks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Production Management:

Monitor and manage production targets, adjusting processes as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Forklift Operation:

Safely operate forklifts to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, and organize the yard efficiently.

Inventory Control:

Maintain accurate records of materials and finished products, reporting any discrepancies promptly.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, conducting regular equipment inspections and reporting any issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in block manufacturing or a similar production environment. Valid forklift operator certification. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials.
