Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker to join our team in Alfreton. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our yard by handling materials, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a safe work environment. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional products and services.
Responsibilities
Load and unload deliveries with precision and care Handle deliveries from suppliers Check delivery notes to ensure nothing is missing Prep jobs to be loaded onto delivery vehicles Perform heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Familiarity with the window and door industry is advantageous. Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Work Location: In person
