Yard Person
Job Description
Reporting to the depot manager
You will be required to maintain the yard to a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness
Building rapport, be polite and courteous to customers
Being vigilant to prevent loss of product
Reporting any Health & Safety issues to the line manager immediately
Assisting customers on a daily basis
Providing excellent customer service
Handle and maintain yard stocks
Work as part of our close-knit external team of staff
Loading and unloading vehicles
Loading aggregate plant.
Use of forklift
Supporting depot staff with daily operations
Completing paperwork and required by depot manager
