Job Description

The Kelly Group are looking for a yard person to join our expanding fleet team based out of our Dunstable depot.

Role Responsibilities:

Applying livery to vehicles Ensure parking areas are kept clean and tidy Maintain recycling area making sure all waste is disposed / stored in the correct manner On receipt of vehicles, thoroughly assess to determine any damage Allocate cone numbers and park vehicles in respective areas Carry out high standard valet on all vehicles Ensure vehicles are ready for issue Issue vehicles to clients ensuring all relevant documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner Deliver / collect vehicles from sites as and when required Deliver / collect vehicles to specialist garages Empty bins and move collected rubbish to recognised area for external collection Undertake the cleaning and general tidiness of the garage Properly clean and store all cleaning equipment when used Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations Any other appropriate duties

Role Requirements:

The ability to pay attention to detail A flexible attitude The ability to be adaptable Strong interpersonal skills Good communication skills The ability to work without supervision The ability to stay motivated in all circumstances a full UK manual license held for a minimum of 12 months (no more than 6 points, no driving bans within the past 5 years) The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain high standards at all times
