Year 4 Teaching Assistant - Full Time (Barnet Level 2)

90 - 100 per day

You will be working closely with an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT), supporting the learning journey of pupils in Year 4 and contributing meaningfully to classroom success.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and preparation of engaging learning activities tailored to the Year 4 curriculum. Work in partnership with the class teacher to implement strategies that help pupils meet their learning goals. Monitor and record pupil progress and provide regular, detailed feedback to the teacher. Promote positive behaviour and manage incidents in line with behaviour policies. Create and maintain a purposeful and supportive learning environment. Provide one-to-one or small group support as needed to ensure inclusion and progress for all learners. Collaborate effectively with staff to support all areas of pupils' development--academic, social, and emotional.

The Ideal Candidate

Has prior experience working in a Year 4 class setting. Is proactive, committed, and passionate about delivering excellence. Brings strong organisational and communication skills. Has a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with an ECT. Holds a Barnet Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) -
