Year 4 Teaching Assistant

to join a supportive and dynamic school team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an Early Career Teacher (ECT), making Year 4 experience a vital requirement.

Be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to supporting children's learning. Demonstrate a strong track record of working with Key Stage 2, particularly in Year 4. Thrive in a collaborative environment and possess excellent communication skills. Be adaptable, resilient, and passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:

As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Assist with the planning and delivery of learning activities tailored to student needs. Implement strategies developed in partnership with the class teacher to help pupils achieve their learning goals. Monitor and record student progress and engagement, providing detailed feedback to the class teacher. Encourage and maintain positive pupil behaviour, managing incidents in line with school policy. Support the creation of a positive and well-structured classroom environment. Aid in the preparation and presentation of displays showcasing students' work.
Requirements:

Proven experience working in a Year 4 setting is

essential

. A strong understanding of the national curriculum at KS2. Relevant qualifications or training in education/support work are desirable.
