Job Description

As our Yield Development Manager, you'll lead the day to day delivery of our yield system development roadmap. You'll work closely with stakeholders across commercial, trading and technology teams to design, refine and deliver improvements that enhance pricing accuracy, optimise margins, and support our broader revenue goals.


You'll manage the sprint process, ensuring development work is prioritised, clearly defined, and delivered to a high standard. That includes leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, while coordinating closely with business analysts and IT teams to turn complex requirements into effective solutions. You'll take ownership of the development backlog, support change management activity, and ensure all functionality aligns with business needs and commercial targets.


The role involves working with the Senior Yield Development Manager to shape the long term roadmap. You'll identify opportunities to improve system performance, streamline processes, and drive automation across pricing operations. As part of a growing team with ambitious plans, you'll play a central role in ensuring our in house yield system continues to evolve to meet both customer and business expectations.

What you'll bring to the team:




You will have extensive experience in revenue management and understand how pricing decisions impact both margin and customer experience. Your commercial awareness helps you evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions that support business goals.


You're confident leading and motivating a team, with a track record of delivering change initiatives and managing projects from start to finish. You're comfortable working with both functional and technical requirements, and can translate complex needs into clear actions. You're able to build relationships across teams and work collaboratively to drive progress.


You'll be familiar with analytics and tracking tools to measure performance and spot areas for improvement, and most importantly, you're focused on delivery, ensuring what gets built is aligned with business needs, technically sound, and commercially effective.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
