Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructors and Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in the wellness / fitness space and a desire to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

As an Instructor you will be responsible for delivering our Pilates, Yoga & Fitness classes educating clients on proper techniques, and fostering a positive environment that encourages fitness and well-being.

Duties

Conduct individual and group classes tailored to various skill levels and fitness goals. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety protocols, and the importance of physical fitness. Monitor clients' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them stay motivated. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry. Provide coaching as necessary to enhance clients' performance in specific activities or sports. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively.

Experience

Previous experience as a instructor or personal trainer in a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology related to physical fitness. Experience in sports coaching is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. A relevant fitness qualification or certification is highly desirable.

Pay: 20.00-30.00 per hour
